Varty Lake is part of the Napanee River watershed in Ontario, Canada where there are more lakes than anywhere else in the world. The view out from the cottage is to wilderness and nightly sunsets.

Immerse yourself in the captivating world of stargazing as you explore the Dark Sky Viewing Area in Erinsville, which is open from dusk until dawn. Upon arrival, you’ll find ample parking available, along with a spacious concrete pad specifically designed for setting up cameras or telescopes.
The Dark Sky Viewing are is located about 25 minutes north of the Lake House, nestled in the charming village of Erinsville, conveniently located at 7980 County Road 41.
