Traverse through the Township of Stone Mills for 17 kilometers, starting from Strathcona and extending eastward through our town of Yarker, immersing yourself in the natural beauty that surrounds this enchanting trail.
During the spring, summer and fall, the Cataraqui Trail warmly embraces hikers and cyclists, inviting you to explore scenic routes and discover the hidden gems along the way. Immerse yourself in the captivating world of stargazing as you explore the Dark Sky Viewing Area in Erinsville, which is open from dusk until dawn. Upon arrival, you’ll find ample parking available, along with a spacious concrete pad specifically designed for setting up cameras or telescopes.
The Dark Sky Viewing are is located about 25 minutes north of the Lake House, nestled in the charming village of Erinsville, conveniently located at 7980 County Road 41.
